Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone.
If you have made a mistake on your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery is free of charge to the UK mainland on all pre paid orders over £75 .For orders under £75 please allow £8.50f or carriage , For next day before 12.00 pm just add £19.50 (UK mainland only) . For details of deliveries to offshore islands and overseas please request prices a nominal carraige charge for these areas will be shown but this will be confirmed before delivery
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you using a next day service where possible .
We do not export
Orders are usually be despatched the same day as receipt for orders received after 3.00pm we will make every effort to despatch the goods the same day if at all possible ( please note there may be a delay in receiving your order from the internet ) Please note that with internet orders this applies to working days i.e. an order recieve on Saturday would be despatched on Monday the next working day.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card payments are redirected to our payment provider SagePay who handle all the payment details. We do not at any time have access to these details.

Returns Policy
Correctly supplied items no longer required returned after 45 days from date of invoice will only be accepted back by prior agreement and may be subject to handling charges greater than
listed below. Goods returned as correctly supplied but no longer required will be subject to handling charge of 20% or 25% if the return is a Remco product, the minimum charge will be £5. Such items must be unused in original packaging and fi t for resale.
